Media headlines blared FDA full “approval” for Pfizer’s vaccine, but especially with this FDA and today’s media, the devil lives in the details.
They did NOT in fact grant approval to the vax everyone has been and will continue to receive. They granted approval to a NEWly named version called “Comirnaty”– which Pfizer claims is “interchangeable” with the original— but which will not be available for distribution until some unspecified future date… Meanwhile, the huge inventory of the original is still on hand and, of course, gotta be used up first.
Approval of Comirnaty however, does not accord the manufacturers the immunity from liability they have under the original Emergency Use Authorization for the original vax. (The vax cartel wants to keep the product liability in force by getting the FDA to fool people into thinking they are getting (and must accept) the “approved” vax, when in reality, they’ll be getting the original “emergency authorized vax” for which mfgrs are still immune from liability.
Even more importantly, as a number of the below stories articulate in detail, by it’s latest edict (arrived at without transparency and by circumventing long standing advisory and evidentiary processes), the FDA has proven itself to be the captured, corrupt, unprincipled, and unscientific organization many have lamented for at least the past year and a half, and more recently, when they approved a new Alzheimers drug over the objection of 11 of 12 of their own investigators. Don’t take my word for it. Examine the evidence.
In approving the new vax which they say is the same as the old vax, would you believe they relied on the same data of vax efficiency that was available as of March, 2021? Over the ensuing 5 months, no ongoing study results to report?
We can understand why in light of growing evidence from Israel, the UK, and other countries unequivocally attesting to the diminished efficacy of the vax, the waining of antibodies, and the increased infectivity of virus variants (such as Delta) against which the original vax is far less effective. So ineffective it even falls below the FDA’s traditional requirement of at least 50% efficiency, and remember, it was never tested to anywhere near the safety standards all prior vaccines had to meet, so not only ineffective, but downright dangerous (although would you be surprised to learn the CDC has been doing its best to manipulate and hide the figures from the public?).
To any sane person, that should also call into question the wisdom and purpose of governments, corporations, schools, etc. now mandating (on penalty of exclusion, etc.) new shots and boosters for the entire population comprised of the same exact product that’s no longer effective! Einstein’s word for that was: “insanity,” which would also apply to vaccine passports that attest only to the bearer having received some vaccine—not that they weren’t immune from infection, infected, or able to transmit that infection to the person at the next table! (The Chinese already do it to control more than health, and governments and Big Tech have openly stated they admire that approach).
Below are a collection of articles and commentaries deconstructing the FDA’s action. They are clear, concise, and forthright. Most people know little of their content because mainstream media and the social media platforms reap about $6 billion annually from Big Pharma ad revenue and they aint about to forego that, even it it means people will suffer and die. Not their problem.
Together, these articles will help explain why underlying all is the fact that Covid mandates, masks, lockdowns, censorship, the don’t-treat-early policy, the shame-the-unvaxed policy, and the mad push to put a needle in every arm as soon as possible– have never been about science, or public health and welfare, but about something far, far more sinister. The evidence is all there and thank heavens, being understood by more and more people each day (except alas, in Australia and New Zealand, at least for the moment).
Remember, Covid19 is a gain-of-function man-made virus that without a vaccine (and with effective treatments having been denied the public) has still been survived by 99.7-8% of the population! An infection for which something in excess of 85% of mortalities were among people 80 or older with 2 or more other health problems— has been used to destroy economies and to terrorize and traumatize entire populations, including little children.
Deploying a diabolically powerful, well-funded, well-coordinated BigLie-style propaganda campaign that demonized and censored all info and access to safe, effective, inexpensive early treatment remedies (which were KNOWN to exist), as well as countless medical and scientific experts who advocated for their use, caused millions of people around the world to suffer and die— unnecessarily. The absolutely didn’t have to die.
Getting vaxed was made into the holy grail, the only game in town. Get vaxed or die, you selfish idiot! Using intimidation, deception, defamation, bogus studies, blown-up factories, and worse, C19 was manipulated into a fear-driven scourge that has turned America and most of the Industrialized world into mindless, hysterical, dystopian police states; increasingly Orwellian wastelands where freedom is under dire attack by people, industries and ideologies focused on hundreds of billion in profits, and unimaginable power and control.
And they will not stop as long as they can get their way.If you skip the substance of all this because it’s too scary, or distasteful, or for whatever reason, please realize that in isolating yourself from the reality of it, you will be helping to perpetuate the very worst mankind has to offer. Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III)<https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/21/360bbb-3>, “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject. Instead, potential recipients have an absolute right to refuse EUA vaccines.
The EUA vaccine currently being given has a liability shield, while the one that was granted full approval (and is not available), has no shield…so they only did this today to get the word ‘approved’ out on the media to use the media who are complicit, to drive the use of the EUA vaccine…
*By taking the actions they took, the FDA gave cover to all governmental entities and employers, among others, to force a jab that is NOT approved AND to continue to permit Pfizer to hide behind the EUA limitation of liability. If the currently available jab is “interchangeable” with the non-available Comirnaty jab, then why was it not approved so as to make IT subject to ALL FDA regulations, including cGMP requirements and subject to usual liability as is any other jab that does not fall under the 1986 Act. Vaccine effectiveness is rapidly decreasing with persistent emergence of new variants; widely vaccinated countries such as Israel, Singapore, and Iceland are seeing a big surge with the spread of delta variant (1-3). The conclusions of this study by Carmen Cabezas and colleagues are already outdated by results of newer studies. A recent Mayo-Clinic study comparing effectiveness of 2 mRNA vaccines showed that the effectiveness against Covid delta variant infection was only 42% (95%CI: 13-62) for the Pfizer and 76% for Moderna in July 2021 (4).
We would like to add that in our states’ institutions, 30-50% of symptomatic Covid cases (in older people) are breakthrough suggesting further decline in vaccine effectiveness.
The biggest question is what the clinical implications of these breakthrough infections are and how to proceed further? Israel has started boosters with Pfizer shots- developed against alpha variant (ineffective against delta); discussions are ongoing in US for boosters. We would argue that it’s not just the waning immunity but most likely virus-escape from the current vaccines (5).
There is lack of surveillance and also lack of transparency in reported data by public health agencies regarding vaccine ineffectiveness (6-10).
The current booster shots strategy means that we will be indefinitely chasing Covid (new) variants tails. Common sense and data should guide the public policies. “The war has changed” and current (ineffective) vaccine-tools (10) will be more ineffective moving forward to fight the pandemic, although profiteering for vaccine manufacture companies will sadly continue (11).
